S1644/Maggie's Law (NJ)

We are very excited! Maggie's Law was signed by Governor James E. McGreevey on August 5, 2003. New Jersey is the first state in our nation to amend their Vehicular Homicide statute, which now establishes that driving while fatigued is recklessness.
